OnRamp was founded in 2020, after years of leading Customer Success teams with broken onboarding systems at high-growth companies like Bombas, VTS, and Troops (acquired by Salesforce). Noticing early the shift of Customer Success from cost centers to revenue centers, we knew firsthand the impact strong, engaging customer onboarding can have on a business's revenue. OnRamp was inspired by a mission to eliminate friction in B2B relationships - starting with customer onboarding.

From the earliest days, our vision of minimizing friction to make onboarding the growth engine it should be remains unchanged. Since our inception, we've built a foundation os workflow orchestration and automation that supercharges CS teams. On top of that foundation, OnRamp is now building the market's first intelligent onboarding platform that deploys AI to act, anticipate and personalize onboarding flows - ushering in a new reality of B2B customer engagement.
