For businesses that manage multiple locations or oversee several client onboarding projects, it can quickly become challenging to keep track of every detail. It can feel nearly impossible if simply getting access and visibility all at once is a struggle.

With Multi-Account Affiliation, a standard feature within OnRamp’s project management capabilities, it’s easy to connect projects across accounts—giving leadership a 360º view and key users the access they need without logging in and out.

Why the Need: Removing Roadblocks

Our customers who manage related accounts across different geographies or a diverse client portfolio asked us for a way to control all of them with centralized access. Rather than force them to sign in and out of every single account—which makes collaboration across related businesses, clients, or corporate divisions difficult—we removed this barrier.

Now they have better control with the ability to grant their key users single sign-on access to move quickly between accounts and projects associated with a primary “umbrella” account.

The immediate feedback is on point: not only does this grant us better control to make sure every client onboarding project stays on track, it reduces inefficiencies and eliminates workarounds.

Especially for teams doing more with less, this time-savings is essential.

What’s New: Connecting Accounts for Smoother Collaboration

Before, for example, our corporate managers overseeing multiple locations had no way to view all active projects in one place, or, service providers who manage multiple client accounts had to juggle separate logins just to stay on top of tasks.

With Multi-Account Affiliation, Onramp equips teams to link affiliated accounts to projects, making it easier for designated users to stay on top of multiple accounts.

It’s also easy to add users from an affiliated account to a project, track progress, and complete tasks—without the need for separate logins or manual workarounds.

How It Works

  • Each project still has a primary account (the main customer account).
  • Organizations can now add affiliated accounts to projects in the settings.
  • Once an account is affiliated, its users can be added to the project.
  • Affiliated users can see and manage all projects they’ve been assigned—without switching between accounts.

For example, a Corporate user can now see and contribute to projects for regional accounts—all from one view.

What This Means for OnRamp Customers

If your business oversees multiple accounts, this update gives you the control and instant visibility needed to keep every project on track.

It also removes unnecessary steps for your team to stay organized and efficient while monitoring progress, assigning tasks, and staying aligned—without the hassle of jumping between accounts.

Instead of creating multiple accounts or manually managing access, you can now grant key users the right level of visibility, ensuring projects remain secure and structured.
