Upgraded Customer Portal Experience
💫 The new customer portal experience includes:
📱 NEW VIEW + MOBILE FRIENDLY: The portal gets a new look and feel, with the same great guided workflow your customers love. It’s a lot easier to see what needs action at a glance, and works just as well for your customers on the go with the new mobile-friendly portal.
💬 COLLABORATE WITH COMMENTS: All-new commenting allows you to collaborate, unblock, and share updates with your customers using OnRamp like never before.
📝 EASILY FILL IN FORMS: Create and embed forms into an OnRamp task, allowing you to collect multiple pieces of information on one screen and step.
🔓 NEW PIN-BASED ACCESS: Our new simple pin-based system keeps the seamless, secure, passwordless portal login while avoiding access issues that had been occurring for certain customers with particular email and security providers.
🙋 SELF-SERVE PROJECTS: Customers can spin up new projects themselves, proactively raising their hand to start something new. For example, you can present a series of additional modules to unlock post initial onboarding, or advertise new services your customers may want to take advantage of.
👋 SELF SIGNUP: Enable self signup to have users access the portal themselves, great for times where you may not know who they will be or have a high volume of customers you want to complete projects.
New Functionality + Richer Internal Experience for Your Team
That’s not all! We're saving you time, BIG time in 2024. Our internal onboarding project management experience also got a huge upgrade including some new and improved functionality:
🌴 WHO WANTS TO WORK ON THE WEEKEND? You now have the option to make sure that when creating a project from a Playbook, task due dates will not fall on a weekend date. This will also ensure task reminder notifications will not be sitting in someone’s Saturday inbox.
🔄 HITTING RESET Tasks can now be completely reset, meaning all responses can be cleared and redone if needed (say if instructions weren’t clear or the data provided was incorrect). Just want to re-open the task to make changes, but keep existing responses? You can do that too.
🎨 RICHER TEXT, RICHER EXPERIENCE Most places you enter text in OnRamp are now upgraded with a new text editor that will allow for significantly richer content and media - for example, you’ll now be able to add rich text to a subtask description, making it possible to add bullets, font styles, colors, imagery etc.
